Account Manager North/East NL

As the Account Manager for the North/East Netherlands region at Sunshower, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the north and east of the Netherlands. The focus is on the existing customers, who mainly consist of bathroom shops and showrooms. During your work visits, you advise on the product based on your product knowledge. In case of questions and problems, you are the first point of contact and you try to find a suitable solution.

 

Each region is divided into a number of regular customers that you will visit four times a year. These visits are often planned, although you may occasionally also visit a dealer spontaneously. During these working visits, you focus on your relationship with the dealer. You also discuss the success of the product, how it is presented and what is needed for more growth. You will apply an account plan that you prepare for each dealer. If necessary, you schedule training sessions to share additional knowledge about the product with the dealer's employees.

 

Since dealers are often the first to come to you with comments, you work a lot with the Customer Service and Research & Development departments. You also consult with the other Account Managers. Because you are on the road a lot, this contact is mainly digital and by phone.

Working at Sunshower

Sunshower began in 2003 as a graduation project by two TU Delft students. Sunshower is a system that provides low-dose UV and infrared light while you shower to keep you feeling healthy. This system has been further developed by dermatologists under the name Dermasun Medical, who use the low-dose UV light to treat chronic skin conditions. Together, these companies form the Sunshower Group.

 

What is required?

  • MBO+ (medium to higher vocational+) diploma
  • Stakeholder management, inspiring and activating clients
  • At least 5 years of experience and relevant training courses
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and German, both verbally and in writing
  • Enterprising, independent, customer-oriented
