Regional Sales Account Manager (South & South West UK)

Sunshower is looking for a driven Regional Sales Account Manager to further expand our presence in the South and South West of the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for strengthening our position with premium bathroom retailers and developing new partnerships across the region.

Sunshower is a Dutch innovation in the health and wellbeing sector. For over 25 years, we have combined design, technology and lifestyle into one unique product. With a dedicated UK office, local stock and aftersales support, we have achieved strong growth in recent years.

Our ambition is clear: to continue expanding within the UK’s most influential showrooms, hotels and project partners.

The role

As Regional Sales Account Manager, you will take ownership of an established and growing territory across the South and South West of the UK. You will build long-term relationships with independent bathroom retailers, premium showrooms and cross-channel partners.

You will ensure Sunshower is visible in the right places and that showroom teams feel confident in presenting the product. By delivering engaging training, maintaining regular contact and supporting your partners proactively, you will increase both engagement and sales.

You will identify opportunities in the market, from new showroom displays to wellness and project-based applications and turn these into tangible results. You will work closely with the UK team and report to the Country Manager.

This is not a transactional sales role. It is about building, developing and growing a brand within your region.

 

Profile – who are you?

Must haves

  • Experience in sales, ideally within retail, bathrooms, KBB, interiors or premium products

  • Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Experience in account management and relationship building

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Confident delivering training to showroom teams

  • Based in the South or South West of the UK

Nice to haves

  • Affinity with health, wellbeing or design

  • Experience in project or hospitality sales
